Otherwise known as Mad Jakkle. He doesn't appreciate the 'Mad' bit but it's an unfortunate abbreviation of his real name that somehow stuck.
I was thinking about a story involving him which I need to finish (just a few paragraphs and corrections to go) and since I had pencil and paper to hand at the time, doodled him up. Then when it came to colouring I wanted to do just simple cell shading... but failed XD
